Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, who is currently busy promoting his upcoming film ‘Jogira Sara Ra Ra’ has made a shocking revelation. In a new interview, he hinted at leaving everything as he said he wants to become a monk. Yes, you read that right! The actor even mentioned that if he had not been an actor today, he would have been a monk. To note, Nawazuddin is facing a tough time on the personal front as his estranged wife and brother have made some serious allegations against him in the public domain.

Speaking with India TV, Siddiqui said, “A man advocates for himself throughout his life, becomes a judge for others, and gives judgment. I want to become a monk. If I had not been an actor, I would have been a MONK. I may go away, you will know the news will come. I love sitting alone and thinking in such places. I don't write, I just act. I am happy everywhere. Further talking about his film, the actor added that they have straightforwardly displayed that marriage is a bitter ride. “We makeshift in film. If we have to disassemble or arrange a wedding, we have makeshift arrangements for everything. I have done a lot of makeshifting for small things in life, but for big things, there is no hack, and there is only honesty and hard work,” he further asserted.

On a related note, ‘Jogira Sara Ra Ra’ will also star Neha Sharma and the movie has been directed by Kushan Nandy. It is slated to hit the theatres on May 12, 2023.
